Women Cell, in collaboration with Red Cross, organized Health Check-up Camp on 07/10/2022 in association with Marengo QRG Hospital for the students and staff to propagate the idea of a healthy lifestyle and self-care which we often seem to neglect. Dr. Balkishan Gupta, Director Minimal Invasive Bariatric GI and HPB Surgery, Marengo QRG Hospital, Faridabad was the chief guest for the event. He enlightened the students by giving them words of wisdom on how to maintain a fit body which will lead to fit mind and would further result in absolute efficiency at any work, one performs. Furthermore, the dietician Ms. Ankita Agrawal gave a Health Talk on "Lifestyle Management and Diet Counseling". Proceeding further, every student with staff got themselves checked for blood pressure, sugar and other Health conditions if any by the nursing staff members of the hospital. Dr. Preeti Nainani, Gynaecologist, Marengo QRG Hospital, Faridabad was also there for helping the students seeking advice. The camp was successfully coordinated by Ms. Meenal Sabharwal (Convener- Red Cross), Dr. Neha Aggarwal (Convener- Women Cell), Mr. Raman, Ms. Divesh, Ms. Manisha, Ms. Priya, Ms. Meenu, Ms. Sangeeta and Mr. Prabhakar, under the leadership and guidance of our worthy Principal, Dr. Narender Kumar. The college council members were also present during the camp. More than 400 students got registered in the camp. The camp has come out to be a huge success and of a great help to all who reaped the benefits of the programme.
