A special session for students of BAJMC and BA was organized on October 14 2024 by the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication and the Department of English under the college Placement Cell. The event held under the guidance of the college Principal Dr. Sunidhi featured Mr. Asif Sheikh a Senior News Anchor from NDTV as the keynote speaker.
During the session Mr. Sheikh shared valuable insights on careers in electronic media and the barriers in communication offering guidance to students on how to refine their skills to pursue career as news anchor and TV journalist.He also addressed various questions from students responding to them thoughtfully. Nearly 200 students attended this session.
Ms. Shalini Khurana Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication formally welcomed the keynote speaker. The event was made successful through the dedicated efforts of faculty members Ms Meenal Sabharwal Dr. Rachna Saini Ms. Ashna Ms Jyoti Gupta Mr. Suresh and Ms. Savita Nagar.
