The Women Cell of Government College for Women, Faridabad organised thirteen days "Fine Arts Workshop" from November 02, 2023 to November 23, 2023. Ms. Soni, the skilled fine art trainer taught the students painting, poster making, cartooning, rangoli, best out of waste, collage making and clay modeling. Addressing the college students on the occasion of the inauguration of the workshop , Principal Mr. Narendra Kumar said students should learn such skills which nurture creative excellence, they can also adopt it as their own part time employment. During the workshop, 45 students took part with great enthusiasm. Workshop gave participants an unique opportunity to learn new techniques and skills from experienced artists of fine arts.The workshop was successfully conducted under the leadership of worthy Principal of GCW, Faridabad. On the occasion of closing ceremony of workshop, senior faculty members Ms. Satvindra Kaur, Ms. Neelam Rani, Dr. Parul Rana, Dr. Preeti Raina, Women Cell members Ms. Priya Saini and Ms. Savita Nagar, as well as Women Cell In-Charge Ms. Sheetal Rani and other staff members, were present.
