Dr. Neeraj Jain, MBBS, MD, DM Cardiology and Director of Metro Hospital, Faridabad, addressed the students and said your heart is a vital organ. It is a muscle that pumps blood to all parts of your body. Heart disease is a leading cause of death. Even though cardiovascular disease is typically associated with older adults, it can occur at any age.You can't change some risk factors for it, such as family history, sex at birth or age. But you can take plenty of other steps to lower your risk of heart disease such as don't smoke, don't use tobacco, eat a heart-healthy diet, maintain a healthy weight, get regular health screening tests and daily physical activity can lower the risk of heart disease. Dr. Narendra Kumar, the college principal, also underlined the importance of heart health and care during the talk's commencement.Approximately 150 students took part in the program. The health expert also addressed staff and student inquiries. Under the direction of our worthy principal, the session was conducted successfully.
