GCW Faridabad organized 29th Annual Athletic Meet on 23rd & 24th January, 2024. Hon'ble Sh. Krishan Pal Gurjar, MoS for Power & Heavy Industries was the Chief Guest and Sh. Amit Maan, SDM Badkhal was the Guest of Honour on Opening Day. DHEO and Principal GCG Nacholi, Dr. Sunidhi too graced the occasion. Sh.Ajay Gaur Ex Political Secretary to CM Haryana was the Chief Guest and Sh. Jagbir S. Tewatia was the Guest of Honour on Concluding Day. Yoga show was held which was greatly appreciated by the guests and audience alike. Students of the college participated in a number of races and track events. Gymkhana events too were held to ensure maximum participation of students. Winners were honoured with prizes and certificates. Ms Komal, BCA 1st year was adjudged the best athlete. Sh. Jagbir S. Tewatia ( Guest of Honour) on Prize Distribution Function gifted track suits to Yoga participants. Principal Dr. Narender Kumar addressed the students and encouraged the students to participate more in sports. Sports Secretary and Assoc. Professor Dr.Balbir Dahiya congratulated all the staff members for the successful organization of the Athletic meet.
