The NSS unit of government college for women, Faridabad organized 7 day special camp

The NSS unit of government college for women, Faridabad organized 7 day special camp from 19th March 2022 to 25th March 2022 at village Mirtzapur. The camp was inaugurated by respected principal Dr. Sunidhi. In this camp various activities like survey of village, awareness rallies, shramdaan, Swachhta abhiyan, First aid training and cooking training was organized in the adopted village Mirtzapur. Social Reformer Sh. Ishwar singh ji motivated volunteer for girl education. Dr. Raman Kumar, assistant professor in Hindi delivered a lecture on the 'views of Gandhiji for nation service'. Ms Priya, assistant Professor in commerce delivered a lecture on Digital India: challenges and opportunities' and Ms Poonam Sharma, Assistant professor in Chemistry delivered a lecture on women empowerment. In 7-day camp volunteers start their day with exercise and Yoga. They were assigned various responsibilities like mess duty, media handling, cultural, discipline and sports in teams. Dr. Rachna Saini, program officer motivated volunteers to do real service to nation and society as NSS volunteer. On valedictory ceremony of NSS camp principal Dr. Sunidhi and Sh. Mahavir Singhji Sarpanch Village Mirtzapur senior Faculty members Ms. Ritika Gupta and Ms Archna distributed certificates to NSS volunteers.
