Zonal Youth Festival of Faridabad Jhajjar Zone was held at Aggarwal College Ballabgarh from 10 to12 November 2024 in which 38 colleges took part in 43 competitions featuring literary fine arts and musical items. In this youth festival Government College for Women Faridabad won five prizes.College Principal Dr. Sunidhi congratulated the winners and item incharges. Principal madam encouraged all the participants and said youth festivals play an important role in promoting art and culture and provide opportunities to students to showcase their skills.The Youth festival convenor Dr Balram Arya and co convenor Ms. Neelam Rani expressed their happiness that the college bagged first position in the categories of Hindi Poetic Recitation and Sanskrit declamation. In the categories of Clay Modelling and Punjabi Poetic Recitation the college won second position. The college won third place in Folk Song solo. Further Principal madam conveyed best wishes for the upcoming inter zonal youth festival which will take place at Maharshi Dayanand University in Rohtak from November 18 to 20.
