NSS unit of GCW,Faridabad organised one day NSS camp on the occasion of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav". Various activities like essay writing competition, yoga practice and shramdaan were also organised. In this camp “Wall of Heroes” was also inaugurated under Vidya Veerta Abhiyan by respected principal Mrs. Namrata Sharma. She also motivated volunteers for the noble task of service to the nation and society. Merit certificates were awarded NSS volunteers for session 2019-20 and also certificates were distributed to the winners and participants of essay writing competition. Associate professor Ms. Amita Kumari congratulated and motivated NSS volunteers for their contributions in Amrit Mahotsav. NSS PO Dr Rachna Saini delivered vote of thanks to everyone for their corporation and contribution in this event. Ms. Ritika Gupta, Ms. Archana Verma, Mr. Balbir Dahiya, Ms. Satvinder Kaur, Ms. Neelam Rani, Ms. Shalini Khurana, Dr. Raman Kumar, Dr. Varsha Sharma, Ms. Poonam Sharma, Ms. Savita Nagar, Ms. Priya Saini were also present on the occasion
